Receptionist For Orthodontic Clinic

We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our dental team in Melbourne.

The core duties of this role include:

  • General front desk duties
  • Appointment booking
  • Managing financial contracts and payment

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and commitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open-minded and willing to learn new skills
  • Competent in computer skills
  • Effective team player

  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task
  • CLOSE attention to detail
  • Experience in management is a plus

This is an ideal position for those who have working experience as medical/dental receptionists and looking to take on more responsibility. It is also suitable for those who have working experience in customer service and/or hospitality industry, and are interested in pursuing a career in the health industry.

You don't need to have experience in the dental field, we will provide all the training for you. However, we would like you to be committed, willing to learn, and interested in pursuing a long-term mutual rewarding career in the health industry.

  • Welcoming patients and visitors to the clinic with a smile
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls and messages
  • Managing appointment scheduling and reminders
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and data
