Concrete Production Supervisor / Batcher

Fixed Term 6-12 months

About the Role:

As a Concrete Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times. You will be involved in the production of concrete using multiple systems and processes, allocating and assigning loads to drivers, stock management and coordination of deliveries, managing contractors carrying out site maintenance, yard maintenance and front-end loader operation, and forklift operation and manual handling of bagged products.

About you:

  • You will be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • You will be willing to go the extra mile, supporting a strong team culture.
  • You will be passionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and results-focused.
  • You will have effective communication skills and work under pressure.
  • You will be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position.
  • You will hold a driver's license and own transport, with front-end loader or forklift competency an advantage.
  • You will be willing to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening.
  • You must hold valid Australian work rights with no restrictions on hours or duration of employment.
