The Role
You'll lead the procurement function across Crown Resorts, driving strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiating with suppliers to achieve optimal value outcomes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice on procurement strategy and practice to inform business planning and action.
- Leading high-level negotiations with procurement partners and suppliers.
- Developing and implementing overarching policies, procedures, and frameworks for procurement activities.
- Integrating procurement departments across sites to ensure alignment and best practice.
- Identifying and driving strategic partnerships to deliver contractual EBITDA value.
Requirements
This role requires a proven people leader with a track record of developing strategic sourcing strategies. You'll have a background in complex corporate organisations, ideally multi-site, and possess:
- A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Management, Law, MBA).
- Experience managing large spends across multiple sites and delivering EBITDA value.
- Demonstrated success in delivering operational excellence and transformation projects.
- Sound entrepreneurship and innovative thinking skills.
- Advanced negotiation skills.
