The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting campaigns across various digital advertising platforms under our Performance Media team's guidance. Additionally, they will provide support to our Audience team in artist audience acquisition and engagement strategies.
The role includes:
- Proficiency in campaign management, analytics, and marketing technologies is integral, alongside dedication to staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Supporting digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, DV360, Snapchat, TikTok, etc. under the Performance Media team's guidance.
- Developing campaign strategies and objectives in collaboration with the Performance Media team.
- Setting up and optimizing biddable media campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
- Staying updated on industry trends, new advertising platforms, and best practices in performance media.
- Preparing regular reports on campaign performance, understanding key metrics, and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Working closely with wider teams to ensure alignment between ad creative and campaign objectives.
- Identifying testing opportunities and recommending strategies for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborating with the Audience team to integrate audience insights into campaign targeting and messaging strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, commerce, or relevant areas preferred.
- 1+ years of digital advertising experience across paid social is advantageous.
- Sound understanding of fundamental marketing principles and up-to-date knowledge of the current mediascape.
- Strong communication, project management, time management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while working to tight deadlines.
- Ability to analyze and display data in a meaningful manner whereby insightful learnings and recommendations can be made.
- Some experience with social media listening & analytics tools, for example Google Analytics preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Some experience with 'Drag n drop' or modular Web builder tools preferred.
