We are seeking a motivated individual to join our civil construction team as an apprentice.


Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and develop practical skills in civil construction. As an apprentice, you will earn while you learn, combining paid work with structured training. You will have the chance to develop key workplace skills such as effective communication, teamwork, and problem solving.


Key Responsibilities
  • Earn while you learn through a combination of paid work and structured training.
  • Develop practical skills in civil construction.
  • Participate in comprehensive training and hands-on experience.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
  • Have completed Year 10 or hold a Record of School Achievement (RoSA) or equivalent.
  • Be ready to commence full-time employment.

Benefits
  • 3 year fixed-term, full-time apprenticeship.
  • Certificate III in Civil Construction (Road Construction and Maintenance).
  • Practical on-the-job experience.
  • Development of key workplace skills including effective communication, teamwork, and problem solving.

Pay Rates

The rates of pay are dependent on age at commencement:

  • Under 21 years of age: $640.50 per week.
  • 21 years of age or over: $1,191.40 per week.
