Role Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our collaborative team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services. As a skilled physiotherapist, you will work closely with colleagues to design and implement tailored therapy programs that promote independence and improve function.

You will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide one-on-one therapy interventions and group-based exercise sessions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify individualised care needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address pain relief, mobility, and daily living skills.
  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one therapy interventions and group-based exercise sessions to promote functional abilities and overall wellbeing.
  • Participate in regular care plan reviews and team case discussions to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Be flexible and adaptable in response to changing facility needs and priorities.
