Our client, EDT Global Pty Ltd., is a leading accounting and advisory firm that values professionals who can drive results in a fast-paced environment. This role presents an opportunity to work closely with Managers and Partners, creating and reviewing detailed financial analyses to highlight key business drivers and performance metrics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and review detailed financial analyses to identify key business drivers and performance metrics.
  • Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence for M&A transactions and IPO projects.
  • Work with corporate and private equity clients.
  • Plan and strategize engagements, assess risk, and develop appropriate approaches.
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements and related financial data.
  • Draft due diligence reports.
  • Mentor, coach, and train team members.
  • Engage in business development activities.
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Prior experience with transaction due diligence.
  • A relevant tertiary degree with an Accounting Major.
  • Knowledge of financial statement preparation and interpretation.
  • Strong report-writing abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
About the Opportunity
