Software Development Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Software Development Technical Lead to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading multiple technical/project teams and driving IT excellence aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience leading teams, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the IT Head to manage technology infrastructure, IT operations, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • People Management: Provide leadership and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to succeed.
  • Project Management: Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technical Leadership: Drive technical excellence, ensuring that our technology infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Master's preferred)

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading multiple technical/project teams

• 6 years' software development experience (preferably Java)

• Experience managing remote/offshore teams

Road mapping:

Break down projects into milestones and dependencies

Resource Allocation:

Assign tasks based on skills and bandwidth

Code Review & Quality:

Ensure maintainability, security, and best practices
