We are seeking an experienced System Trainer to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role will involve developing and delivering effective learning solutions for the Warehouse Management System to ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Training Team to create industry-leading learning programs and solutions. They will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and delivering training programs to internal staff, adhering to quality and governance procedures.
This position requires extensive travel across all Hastings Deering sites in Queensland. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite and excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate complex information to groups.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include flexible working arrangements, Salary Continuance Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the Warehouse Management System
- Collaborate with the Training Team to design and implement learning solutions
- Facilitate training sessions for internal staff, utilizing quality and governance procedures
- Travel extensively across Queensland sites to provide training support
