
Expert Supplier Governance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Supplier Governance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with Rest's standards and policies.
">- This involves implementing effective service provider management policies and associated frameworks to ensure the smooth operation of all supplier relationships.
- You will also monitor and report on supplier compliance with contractual obligations, as well as work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve any contractual compliance issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain governance roles, with a proven track record of managing complex supplier relationships and improving supplier performance.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Implement and manage vendor sourcing and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Rest's standards and policies.
- Monitor and report on supplier compliance with contractual obligations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve any contractual compliance issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular supplier audits to assess risks, compliance, and performance relative to contracted services.
- Facilitate and support business vendors with supplier risk assessments, developing strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to streamline supplier onboarding, due diligence, and offboarding processes.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, working with suppliers to enhance quality, efficiency, and innovation.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulations affecting supplier governance.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
