Content Campaign Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a bright and motivated content coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will work across exciting projects for iconic brands like Australia Post and other high-profile clients.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in marketing, campaign support, account coordination, or production, and a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

You will be responsible for coordinating content campaigns, managing timelines, briefs, feedback, and internal scheduling. You will also act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors, providing updates and ensuring professional communication across channels.

Additional responsibilities include budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and project financial documentation, as well as helping brief creatives, track asset delivery, and manage approval processes to meet brand and deadline requirements.

  • Campaign Coordination: Support end-to-end delivery of content campaigns across print, digital, social, and video.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors, providing updates and ensuring professional communication across channels.
  • Budget & Admin Support: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and project financial documentation.
  • Creative Workflow Management: Help brief creatives, track asset delivery, and manage approval processes to meet brand and deadline requirements.
