Parks Grounds Maintainer

Our landscape and irrigation design team is seeking skilled Groundspeople to join our commercial construction maintenance crew working in the Northern Suburbs of Perth. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining large turf areas with ride on mowers, whipper snippers, and edgers.
- Setting up and following traffic management plans.
- Blowing down pathways.
- General tidy up and making the playground, parks, and streetscapes safe.
- Documenting and reporting on equipment faults.
- Delivering a high-quality end product that meets client expectations.
Requirements
- Landscape maintenance experience and/or trade qualification in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture (preferred but not essential).
- Experience with ride on mowers, blowers, hedgers, whipper snippers, hand tools, and power tools (preferred but not essential).
- Strong commitment to safe work practices.
- High level of personal work standards.
- Ability to work independently and have excellent time management skills.
- Capacity to work in all weather conditions.
- Driver's License (manual preferred).
- Construction White Card.
- First Aid Certificate (an advantage).
- Traffic Management Qualification (an advantage).
