Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Oversight of day-to-day operations and growth of the gaming room, ensuring exceptional venue standards in cleanliness and presentation.

Deliver exceptional customer experience to ensure repeat business.

Uphold gaming regulations and laws, with all team members well-versed in NSW regulations.

Requirements

We seek an individual with:

- 2 years' experience as a Gaming Attendant

- Supervisory experience in gaming/wagering and cash handling duties

- Strong communication skills and passion for delivering high-level guest experiences

- Ability to detect problem gamblers and implement company procedures

- Current NSW RSA and RCG certifications.
