Supply Chain Coordinator Position

This role is responsible for coordinating the flow of timely information to and from customers, ensuring delivery dates are met. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both professional and friendly.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter and validate purchase orders into the warehouse management system.
- Liaise with clients and carriers regarding shipping requirements and documentation.
- Ensure all delivery dates are adhered to, shipping goods on time and in full.
- Coordinate the flow of timely information to and from customers, escalating issues as necessary.
- Communicate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are picked, packed, and staged in a timely manner.
- Use initiative to find customer-focused solutions.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have advanced working knowledge in MS Office and be able to work autonomously in a challenging environment where multi-tasking is essential.
