The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a BP supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong business acumen and excellent influencer, communicator, facilitator, and listener skills.

  • Serving as a trusted thought partner and consultant to senior leaders across the APAC GTM organization.
  • Providing support and guidance on areas such as performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, and manager development.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to deliver insights and drive recommendations that support the business.
  • Assessing organizational health and effectiveness on a regular basis and identifying opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies.
