About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior People Business Partner to join our team in Sydney. As a member of our People Business Partner team, you will be responsible for supporting our Revenue organization and providing strategic guidance to senior leaders.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a BP supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong business acumen and excellent influencer, communicator, facilitator, and listener skills.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Serving as a trusted thought partner and consultant to senior leaders across the APAC GTM organization.
- Providing support and guidance on areas such as performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, and manager development.
- Collecting and analyzing data to deliver insights and drive recommendations that support the business.
- Assessing organizational health and effectiveness on a regular basis and identifying opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies.
