Your New Role

As a Transformation Specialist, you will work directly with clients across various aspects of change management to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Briefing clients on Change Management services and providing direction
  • Analyzing clients' businesses to identify potential impacts from change
  • Presenting to stakeholders, preparing business documents, and creating engaging slides
  • Developing tactics to manage organisational changes and achieve desired outcomes
  • Executing plans, scheduling, reporting progress, and maintaining effective relationships

You will apply Project Management principles and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or blended approaches. Your role also involves providing necessary support to recipients of change and business leaders during and after the project.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management roles
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, or Project Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ideal candidate will possess essential attributes for managing change, including resilience, an inquisitive nature, empathy, problem analysis and solving, influencing, and negotiating skills.

Salary

This full-time position offers an estimated annual salary range of $90,000-$130,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
