Our mental health service is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide evidence-based care to patients with mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing high-standard assessment and management of mental health issues
- Coordinating discharge planning and transfer of care
- Leading clinical leadership in treatment planning and review systems
The ideal candidate will have current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse, three years of full-time experience working in mental health, and post-graduate qualifications in mental health or equivalent experience and qualifications.
About Our ServiceWe are a specialist mental health service providing a range of services to adults in NSW correctional centres.
Our multidisciplinary team includes mental health nurses, nurse practitioners, Aboriginal Mental Health Clinicians, psychiatrists, career medical officers, and psychiatry registrars who work alongside staff from other clinical streams.
