About the Role:

  • Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures and industry standards
  • Acting as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents closely following all policies and procedures

Key Qualifications:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse or similar with a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards
  • Demonstrated expertise in assessment processes and procedures
