Claims & Rental Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a Claims and Rental Coordinator to fill a critical role in our Sydney office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process warranty service claims, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage data and complete end-of-month warranty claims within specified deadlines.
  • Respond to queries from warranty customers, adhering to call standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Australian Citizenship with full working rights.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Minimum 1 year full-time equivalent call Centre experience or similar environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in service & parts operations.
  • Coordination of field service technicians.

About the Role
