Aged Care Team Leader

As an Aged Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Assessment team in Melbourne. Your key objective is to ensure high-quality assessments are conducted in partnership with older Australians.
Key Responsibilities:- People Management: Manage and mentor your team to provide an exceptional client experience through strong leadership.
- Operational Excellence: Implement strategies to engage and commit your team to achieving outstanding results for clients and exceeding performance expectations.
- Service Delivery: Ensure consistent high-quality services are provided to older adults and their families/carers.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and a united purpose.

To Be Successful:- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role within Aged Care.
- Proven success in managing, leading and developing teams to reach their full potential.
- A deep understanding of the needs and issues facing older people and their families/carers.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- An extensive knowledge and understanding of Commonwealth policy and funding arrangements.
