We are seeking a Sales Assistant with exceptional style and customer service skills to join our retail team.

About the Role:
  • As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • You will build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate stock administration standards in store, ensuring high levels of product availability and presentation.
  • Demonstrate a passion for fashion and stay up-to-date with new trends and styles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply selling techniques at every customer interaction to deliver service consistent with industry standards
  • Build customer relationships and loyalty
  • Maintain excellent stock administration standards in store
  • Deliver and maintain visual merchandising brand standards
  • Ensure housekeeping of the store and reserve and stock merchandising follow company guidelines and management directives
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in fashion retail
  • Passionate about providing genuine and meaningful customer interactions
  • CAN-DO, positive attitude to all areas of work
  • Friendly, enthusiastic person who is confident talking to different customers and building relationships
  • Confident to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Well-presented and has an eye for style
