Senior Structural/Civil Engineer Role">

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Structural/Civil Engineer. This key role will be responsible for conducting technical design and communication of consulting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise other engineers in the execution and communication of design and consultation services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including registration with Engineers Australia and the National Engineers Register.
  • Mentor and lead a team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve existing practices and develop new approaches.
Requirements:
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer with Engineers Australia in the Occupational Category of Professional Engineer grade Member.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar role, with significant experience in structural and civil engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work autonomously and effectively without supervision.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with ability to support and mentor employees.
  • Intermediate level of competency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
