
Wills and Estate Planning Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Wills and Estate Planning Lead to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading a high performing regional team in delivering professional, high quality and timely Wills and Estate Planning services to the community.
The role is focused on managing the teams' performance, ensuring services meet the needs of customers, there is growth in our market share, and the services delivered are financially sustainable.
This includes the delivery of services that align to our Customer Excellence Principles and working with key partners to support the increased delivery of professional planning ahead services across the region.
Day-to-day, this is an exciting opportunity that will see you:
- Undertaking drafting, preparing and executing pre-planning instruments to a high standard.
- Acting as first point of contact for difficult matters, and ensuring that significant complaints or unresolved matters are referred to the Regional Manager in a timely manner, and that client needs are met and the reputation of the organization is maintained and enhanced.
- Allocating resources and work to staff of the branch to ensure high staff performance, a customer focused culture and a professional, efficient and effective working environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience drafting and executing Wills and Estate Planning instruments that are legally compliant and to a high standard. You will also possess strong collaboration skills and be able to build and develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be a team player who enjoys building a collaborative and cohesive team which is focused on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will believe that supporting customers to document their last wishes is a privilege that needs to be carried out with warmth, support, understanding, and the utmost respect.
This role requires a current driver's licence and ability to travel across the region as required. You will also need to be willing to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents. Training and accreditation is provided by the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:
