Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality and timely Estate Planning services, including drafting and executing documents that meet the legal requirements of NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on estate planning and wills to clients across NSW.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to increase market share and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with NSW Government policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of NSW legislation and regulations related to estate planning and wills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
