Asset Planning Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Asset Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of operations and maintenance tasks.

This is a residential role requiring you to live locally in Roma or surrounding towns. You will be based at camp at the Spring Gully Asset, 86km from Roma.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and optimising Operations and Maintenance Plans, estimating work scopes, identifying risks, parts/materials, equipment and determining resource needs.
  • Monitoring safety critical equipment preventative maintenance (SCE PMs) due dates and scheduling work to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborating with site teams to align work crew capabilities, simultaneous work fronts, and equipment status with the schedule.
  • Creating and maintaining workover rig schedules and supporting field operations as needed.
  • Aligning operations plans with Portfolio Supply Plans, using core processes for production and asset management.
  • Inputting into monthly and annual budget and forecasts for planned and unplanned work.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring maintenance management practices, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous planning/scheduling experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with people across the organisation.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with operations and maintenance activities.
