Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated professionals to assist with personal care activities, monitor and report on resident health and wellbeing, and collaborate with the nursing team to deliver exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with daily living tasks
  • Monitoring and reporting on resident health and wellbeing
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide high-quality care
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
  • Previous experience working in an aged care or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
