About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Infrastructure Supervisor to join our team in the Moreton Bay region. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of sewer, stormwater, and water mains reticulation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of pipelayers, excavator operators, and labourers, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Manage daily tasks and site activities, including resource allocation and scheduling to meet project deadlines.
  • Oversee the installation of reticulation systems, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications.
  • Conduct inspections to verify quality standards, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Utilise levelling tools to ensure accurate pipe and infrastructure installation.
  • Interpret construction plans and blueprints to guide the team in executing work accurately.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations for all team members.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in installing sewer, stormwater, and water mains reticulation systems.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence, White Card, and reliable transport.
  • Strong knowledge of SEQ code and proficiency in accurate level shooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and team management experience.
