Transformation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and innovative fundraising efforts to ensure long-term growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders, as well as resilient and adaptable leadership skills to navigate complexities in a small NFP.

You will also have excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand data-driven insights, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors, philanthropic foundations, corporate and community partners, families, and volunteers.
  • Analyse data and utilise insights to inform decision-making and optimise fundraising strategies.
  • Represent the organisation authentically and with compassion, ensuring a deep understanding of its mission and values.
