**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:
  • The Registered Nurse will provide patient-centered, evidence-informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes.
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Work across multiple sites and within diverse models of care in the community mental health service.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recognised tertiary nursing qualifications and registration with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated competencies to provide contemporary mental health practice.
  • NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 licence acceptable).

**Working Conditions:
  • Shifts may occur across any of the community-based teams within the Local Health District.
  • Shifts may be day shifts or part of a rotating roster depending on the Community Mental Health Team.
  • Community-based and centre-based duties required in the role.


**Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience working in Mental Health is desirable.
