About the Role

You will be responsible for conducting makeup application services for customers, providing expert advice on products, and delivering exceptional customer service. Our company offers world-class education and continuous upskilling opportunities to enhance your craft with make-up artistry summits.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Conducting full-glam to natural makeup applications for customers
  • Serving as an expert in-store for all things makeup; helping customers find the best products
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Success Criteria
  • Experience in professional makeup applications and the ability to conduct multiple appointments
  • Confidence in delivering trending looks; winged liners, smokey eyes, and glowing skin
  • Ability to create memorable moments for customers that make them feel confident
  • Capacity to coach peers and demonstrate expertise to grow the makeup category
