Senior Educator Position

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator seeking a challenging role where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of children? As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of every child.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve better outcomes for the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
  • Develop and implement individualized curriculum plans that cater to the unique needs, interests, and strengths of each child.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
