Executive Project Leader

About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Executive Project Leader to join our Real Estate team in a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you will lead large-scale projects, manage a team, and drive commercial growth while ensuring seamless execution.
Job Description- Lead and manage high-profile projects as the primary client interface
- Develop and maintain strong relationships, resolve complex issues, and ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee the design process to meet client requirements and manage expectations effectively
- Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, costs, discrepancies, potential construction problems, and environmental considerations
- A recognized degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
- At least 7 years of industry experience working on major health projects
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Advanced Microsoft skills, with Primavera skills highly regarded
- Strong communication and report-writing skills with excellent English proficiency
