About This Role

This is a technical opportunity to support the maintenance of turbine engines across a global fleet. As a Turbine Engine Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and reliability of aircraft operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support on engine performance, health monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate overhauls, engine exchanges, and major repairs
  • Analyse ECTM data to track engine trends and performance
  • Contribute to audits, vendor evaluations, and configuration decisions
  • Promote best practices for turbine engine maintenance across the organisation
  • Assist in developing training materials and provide technical support to field engineers

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in turbine engine maintenance and support
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience interpreting engine data and applying findings to maintenance planning
  • A heart for service and a desire to use your skills in support of a greater mission
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt in a cross-cultural, mission-driven context
