Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at our state-of-the-art PE recycling facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and control the production process to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and improve processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in PE post-consumer plastics recycling and/or other plastics recycling is highly regarded.
- Superior communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience of working within a continuous improvement environment.
- Demonstrated experience in working within highly automated facilities, using the latest technology.
