Senior Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description

Galderma seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to lead and manage quality assurance activities ensuring compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.

This role involves maintaining, implementing and continuously improving the local Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain, implement, and continuously improve the local Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Act as the Responsible Person (RP) for Good Distribution Practice (GDP), GMP compliance, and Importer/Wholesaler licensing.
  • Manage product complaints, import product batch release, product recalls, and quality investigations.
  • Evaluate, audit, and qualify third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or Life Sciences.
  • Strong experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of regulated products across cosmetics, prescription, OTC, and medical devices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
