Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design, build and optimize scalable data infrastructure in support of our analytics, business intelligence and machine learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Build Scalable Data Infrastructure:
    • Design and develop enterprise-scale ETL / ELT pipelines
    • Create real-time streaming solutions for workforce analytics and automated decision-making
    • Build the data foundation for our AI automation initiatives
  • Enable Data-Driven HR Solutions:
    • Collaborate with product teams to deliver data capabilities for performance management, recruitment analytics and employee engagement insights
    • Work with our AI team to support machine learning models that automate complex HR processes
    • Partner with stakeholders to transform business requirements into robust data solutions
  • Optimize for Performance & Scale:
    • Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance across our multi-tenant SaaS platform
    • Implement comprehensive data quality frameworks ensuring accuracy of sensitive employee data
    • Maintain 99.9% uptime for mission-critical HR data processes
  • Ensure Data Governance & Security:
    • Implement data privacy and security controls for sensitive employee information
    • Design compliance frameworks meeting global data protection regulations
    • Maintain our ISO27001:2013 certified security standards
