A Data Engineer role that requires expertise in analytics and a passion for empowering teams with actionable insights.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our Product Insights & Enablement group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics engineering, data warehousing, and SQL, with a proven track record of building scalable data pipelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role is focused on promoting data self-service and scalable insight generation across the entire Product Platform Supergroup. You will be working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to scale and future-proof our experimentation platform, while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and governance across analytics datasets.

  • You will translate complex business requirements into clear and structured data models, using your analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Your expertise in Snowflake and/or data warehousing will enable you to build robust, scalable data pipelines that empower product teams to make informed decisions.

  • You will partner with other data professionals to establish best practices for data development and documentation, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Deep experience in analytics engineering or a similar role.

  • A strong command of SQL, Python coding, and data modelling.

  • The ability to work across multiple project areas simultaneously, bringing your analytics engineering perspective to each project.

  • A passion for data quality, governance, and maintainability.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and educate others on data engineering best practices.
