Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist

Our hospital network is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to manage a varied fast stream caseload, providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to inpatients and outpatients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver assessment, treatment, planning, and evidence-based practice for patients with varied diagnostic groups.
- Participate in program development and quality improvement activities within multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with other specialists and participate in professional development programs.
- Offer supervision and mentoring to junior staff and students.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical practice skills in rehabilitation assessment and intervention, experience in neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation, and strong organisational and time management skills.
Selection Criteria:- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Interest in developing pain management skills.
