Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to drive revenue growth for our luxury brand in Australia and New Zealand. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional with extensive experience in commercial retail leadership, particularly within the luxury industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans covering brand strategy, sales, distribution, marketing & communications, stock & supply management, and clienteling & customer services.
- Drive profitable and sustainable performance of both our Retail and Wholesale distribution channels, while nurturing the success of partner-operated boutiques.
- Champion a client-focused approach to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and elevate the client experience, focusing on building brand awareness, reputation, and signature identity through consistent and impactful representation across all touchpoints.

Requirements
- 10+ years proven experience in commercial retail leadership, ideally within luxury, fine watchmaking or hospitality.
- Deep understanding of the luxury consumer and appreciation of what drives their engagement and loyalty.
- Strategic thinker and leader, with excellent business acumen, thriving in a fast-paced collaborative environment and demonstrating agility in adapting to change.
- Humble, emotionally intelligent leader with a proven ability to inspire, develop, and grow high-performing teams.
- Experience in retail and operational management of a country organization, including people, sales and business development, retail and client experience, marketing and communications, as well as operations and finance with full budget and P&L responsibility.
- Fluent in English (additional language a plus).
- University graduate with a degree from a recognized Business School; ideally completed an MBA or Executive Master's program.
