Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled baker to join our bakery team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in bread-making, especially in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality baked goods using traditional techniques and modern equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance baking skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of baking experience in a commercial bakery environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in bread-making, including sourdough and other artisan breads.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices, including HACCP protocols.
