Key Responsibilities:

  • Behaviour Analysis: Dive deep into understanding individual behaviour, embracing the uniqueness of each person and crafting and implementing personalised behaviour support plans to unlock their full potential.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with our interdisciplinary teams, creating a harmonious and holistic support ecosystem.
  • Training and Development: Share your expertise through training sessions, empowering support staff and caregivers, and delivering training to Support Workers on topics of interest throughout the year.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Communication Skills: Your communication skills are a symphony of empathy and clarity.

  • Bonus Points: Bonus points for being a certified behaviour analyst (BCBA) or confident in supervising others.
