We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to provide high-quality services to patients.
About the Role
- You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, enhancing their communication and swallowing abilities.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based interventions to address any deficits, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
- Work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in speech pathology, driving excellence in service provision.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration as a speech pathologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a senior role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
