Job Overview

Enquiries and Admissions Officer is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for responding to student enquiries, processing enrolments, and conducting internal audits.

This position requires exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Process enrolments and conduct internal audits with high accuracy
  • Provide accurate course and application advice to prospective students
  • Support targeted enrolment activities and participate in open days events
  • Maintain precise records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in admin/data entry (preferable)
