Speech Pathologist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team and take on a leadership role. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and mentor emerging professionals.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent time management skills, and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload, delivering therapeutic services, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership: Utilize your exceptional clinical skills to make a difference in the lives of NDIS participants and foster the development of team members.
  • Caseload Management: Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services promptly.
  • Therapeutic Services: Provide essential Speech Pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the community.
Requirements:
  • Current SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Leadership capability to meet key responsibilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Mentorship interest for graduates and early-career clinicians.
