Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrator.

  • Provide administrative support to the Seniors Law program.
  • Manage data entry and reporting using Dynamics and Power BI.
  • Support staff with use of Dynamics to ensure accurate, consistent service delivery data.
  • Collate and analyze data to produce reports for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ideas to improve data collection processes and work with the internal Data Insights team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative tasks including data management and reporting.
  • Skillful use of Dynamics to ensure accurate data recording.
  • Collation and analysis of data to inform stakeholder reports.
