A leading structural steel fabricator in Queensland, this company has become a major provider of structural steel solutions to a diverse range of clients.
Due to continued growth and an increasing number of structural steel projects, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join their team.
Skill Requirements
- Experience within a steel fabrication business with a focus on estimation and project management
- Excellent attention to detail, including ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships
- Able to prepare customer quotations and follow up on sales orders
- Familiarity with steel products and AutoCAD knowledge in a structural detailing environment is an advantage
- Trade experience or Engineering qualifications will also be considered for this role
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager to schedule deliveries and generate new opportunities to expand the processing customer base.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
