We seek an experienced professional to lead our centre in a supportive and inclusive environment for children, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with compassion and foster a positive work culture.
  • Maintain smooth operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop effective strategies to support team growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
  • Valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
  • Solid knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
