Lead Centre Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support and guide our dedicated team of educators in a leadership capacity. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, be able to model and embed key principles across all aspects of the centre, and foster positive relationships with the team, children and their families.
Main Responsibilities- Live and breathe our core values in daily practice
- BUILD genuine and positive relationships with the team, children and their families
- Listen and collaborate with the team to turn feedback into actionable outcomes
- Drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Take the lead with initiative, motivation and flexibility
- Exhibit a warm, compassionate leadership style
- A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
- A current State relevant Working with Children's Check
- A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
- A current Child Protection Training certification
- Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark software
- A National Police Clearance
