The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performance team within one of our flagship Global Finance clients and report directly to the account's FM Lead. As a key point of contact for all facilities functions, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and cost-effective FM services across the client portfolio, collaborating with other Facilities Managers as well as base building managers.

A Day in the Life

  • You will oversee all facilities inspections, supervise repair work and maintenance across all office floors and spaces.
  • You will build strong relationships with clients within the portfolio to achieve first-class client satisfaction.
  • You will lead the preparation of annual opex and capex budgets for the site, working closely with the ANZ Regional team.
  • You will manage a small team, assigning tasks, mentoring, and tracking deadlines.
  • You will create and monitor environmental health & safety procedures.
  • You will oversee the financial and admin functions, reviewing and approving purchase orders, and monitoring invoicing procedures.
  • You will collaborate with the Engineering and Guest Relations teams to evaluate new cost-saving initiatives and sustainability innovations.

Requirements

  • (ESSENTIAL) - Strong Facilities Manager background and experience within an A-grade corporate office environment.
  • (ESSENTIAL) - Polished, well-presented corporate style, with excellent relationship management skills.
  • (PREFERRED) - Experience in commissioning buildings, defect rectification, and document reviews.
  • Pro-active 'can-do' attitude, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of competency with MS Office programs.
  • Full working rights in Australia for a permanent position.

About You

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
