Housekeeping Attendant

The primary objective of this position is to provide exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel rooms. To achieve this, you will be responsible for servicing and thoroughly cleaning allocated rooms within the allotted time frame.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires promptly.
  • Service and clean allocated rooms to the highest standards within the allotted time frame.
  • Replenish and control guest supplies.
  • Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to the supervisor immediately.
